Dr Robyn McConnell

 

Robyn graduated from the University of Queensland with honours and spent several years working in Queensland Hospitals gaining experience in a diverse mix of medical and surgical specialties.  She joined the Family medicine Program in 1991 and went on to gain the Fellowship of the RACGP.  She also has a Bachelor of Science degree obtained at the University of Queensland prior to undertaking her medical degree. Robyn has a special interest in Women’s Health but enjoys the diversity of general medicine.

Dr Alisdair McGrouther

Alisdair graduated from Edinburgh University Medical School in 1985. After leaving university he trained for General Practice in Scotland and New South Wales. He and his wife Deanne have lived in Hervey Bay since 1990. They have two adult children, Duncan and Sally. Alisdair has diplomas in child health, obstetrics and gynaecology and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. His special interests are the management of type 2 diabetes, chronic disease management and palliative care. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, running, photography and cycling. He has a love-hate relationship with golf. Once in a while, he gets to indulge his passion for downhill skiing. 

Dr McGrouther's surgery hours:

Monday       8:30am - 5:00pm

Tuesday       8:30am - 12 midday

Wednesday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Thursday      8:30am - 12 midday
